On the day entry $15/vehicle with float (free entry for U18 year olds)

Postal entries accepted by mail for all horse events up until 5pm Friday 11th October 2024.

Tickets to be collected from Horse Events Stewards Tent on day of competition.
Postal entry fees (prepaid) are listed under each Ring in the Program.
ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN ON DAY OF COMPETITION
CAMPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Upon arrival to the grounds, familiarize yourself with the nearest exit. Sites to be set up in the allocated Camping Areas – FOLLOW SIGNAGE.
Powered sites are available – Strictly No Powerboards/Double Adaptors. All electrical cords to be of an Industrial/Outdoor quality (no domestic leads). Electrical cords to be Tested and Tagged with current date tag on cord. Under no circumstances can electrical cords be laid across roadways. CORDS ACROSS ROADWAYS WILL BE REMOVED. Use of generators is encouraged – generators must have safety switch.
Use of star pickets is restricted and must have covers over the top of the post.
Portable horse yards must be of solid construction, no wire to be used.
Keep noise to a minimum.
Dogs are welcome – to be supervised at all times and must be restrained on both Show days. Council rangers will be in attendance.
Shower facilities located in the stadium – open at 6am daily and locked at 9pm. Your co-operation is appreciated.
Sites must be left clean at the conclusion of the Show. Rubbish in bins/skip bin as provided. Manure and straw to be removed and placed in the manure bays – look for sign.
In case of emergency make your way to the nearest marked EXIT.
Temporary fencing, bollards and signage are in place for the safety of Patrons and Exhibitors. Removal of these is strictly prohibited.
ENTRY AND EXIT BY HORSE FLOAT/TRUCK IS BY THE NORTH END GATE ONLY
MAIN GATES (Railway line end) IS PEDESTRIAN ONLY ENTRY AREA. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER OR EXIT THROUGH MAIN GATES ON SHOW DAYS.
