GATE ENTRY & FEES
Prepaid Online: $20 per vehicle
On the Day: $25 per vehicle
Under 18s: Free entry
Horse Event entries are via Global Entries Online.
Entries open: 18th September 2026
Entries close: 7th October 2026
Entry fees are listed at the top of each ring in the Horse Events Schedule.
$10 Medical Charge per rider.
Additional entries will be accepted on the day at the applicable on-the-day prices.

Stables – $5/night or $25/week
Stallion Boxes – $10/night or $40/week
Stables must be booked by contacting Carey. Payment is to be made to the Donald P&A Society bank account. Cancellation fees apply.
CAMPING FEES
Powered Sites: $60/week or $15/night from Wednesday
Unpowered Sites: $50/week or $10/night
There are 12 powered sites available.
No pre-bookings – first in, first served.
Shower and toilet facilities are available.
FOOD & SERVICES
Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the event.
